For the past five decades, British jewellery designer Elizabeth Gage has been crafting artistic jewels that have delighted collectors across the globe. Now, for the first time, brides and grooms to be can say ‘I do’ to a dedicated wedding jewellery collection.

The symbolic collection, which includes jewels for both men and women, has at its core gold wedding bands studded with diamonds and coloured gemstones that are typical of Gage’s distinctive style. She has also used woven gold threads to create flexible wedding bands, and decorated plain bands for men with linen-effect finishes and twisted wire detailing.

For jewels to wear on the day, the bridal collection includes rose petal stud earrings, pearl and diamond drop earrings, and cufflinks decorated with repousse detailing or flashes of coloured enamel.

Gage will also work with clients on bespoke creations, using a heirloom gemstone, perhaps, or introducing twists to current designs. She can also create something completely new and unique for couples.

“My love of jewellery still gives me huge excitement, and I love to sit down with my clients and discuss their designs,” says Gage. “My jewellery has to have balance and form, which is the most important thing to me. Then comes colour and harmony.”
